Friday Favorites, 9.20.2024.

Happy Friday, friends! I'm linking up with Andrea and Erika for today's blog post. How has your week been? Mine was short and sweet, and as you read this, I'm waking up in Dallas for a little girls' getaway weekend with a couple of my best friends. I do have a few favorites from this week, prior to me leaving Thursday! I'll share them here.

I forgot to mention this book last week, but Sophie's books are always a favorite for me! I'm able to read this one, thankfully, and I'm also able to focus on another new one by a favorite author that I just started, the latest Pamela Kelley book in her Nantucket Inn series. I've missed being able to read! It's my favorite hobby.

It's always a favorite when my emotional support dog (AKA Jonah's dog) cuddles with me.

This day of reading in Ezra was a favorite!

My friend Diane shared this on social media this week; it was my favorite thing that I saw online all week!

Fall nails are my favorite! I went with my old favorite classic, Lincoln Park After Dark.

This view was my favorite as I sat in my car and talked to my friend Dedee early in the week. One of my sons was at home, and I needed privacy for this conversation.

Seeing my Drew was a favorite this week! It worked out that I got to see all of my sons this week, and I couldn't be happier. I'm excited to spend time with Noah while I'm away. Drew came over to pick up his mail and to eat dinner.

All showered and clean is my favorite thing to be on the afternoons when I know I'll be home for the rest of the day!

What was a favorite of yours from this week? I'd love to hear from you! Thanks for reading my blog today, friends. Love to all!

Jenn 🖤

  3. So happy for you to be on a getaway and to get to see all the sons! Did you add glitter on top of Lincoln Park? It looks different than standard to me. I am getting a pedicure this weekend and can't decide between navy blue or a burgundy.

    1. It was so good! I think it's the clear coat that sparkles because of colors that other people use. I love all of those colors for fall!

  6. Enjoy your weekend getaway. Hope you have perfect early fall weather. Afraid it might be very hot, though.

That nail color is lovely. Almost a purple-gray. Very pretty. Need to get a fall color myself. Wearing pale pink right now!!
