Friday Favorites: Colorado edition

Happy Friday, friends! I'm linking up with Andrea and Erika for today's favorite blog post of the week. I hope you've had a good week! Mine went by fast since I was out of town for part of the week. I thought I'd share a few favorite things that I caught on my camera while I was gone.

Are there any other views as beautiful as these? I was near Denver, Colorado and spent a day in Breckenridge.

Breckenridge is one of my favorite places on earth! It's such a gorgeous little town, and I always come away from there wanting to spend more time there.

You know bookstores are my favorite! So are the Aspen trees with all their leaves over the ground. This is my niece Erika, and is one of the few pictures I got that day that had people in it. Isn't she beautiful? These angels below are my great nieces. I could eat them up, they're so sweet!

Dogs are always my favorite too, and I loved meeting Ollie (pictured right below) and getting to love on sweet Cowboy that belongs to my sister Debi.

We shopped a little, we played on playgrounds, we colored tons of Halloween pictures, and they picked me leaves and sent me home with pages they'd colored for me to hang on my fridge. I'm so glad I got to spend time with my sisters, niece, nephews, and great nieces. Family time is always my favorite!

In case you missed out and still want to participate, I hosted two blog parties this week. There's still time to jump in, if you want! Those were the only two days that I posted this week, since I was out of town, but I'll be back to regular posting next week.

Saturday was the link party, Share 4 Somethings.

Wednesday was the October edition of Currently

Lastly, because a few of you have asked, here are the books I read in September that you may want to check out, if you're looking for some reading inspiration.

Thanks for reading my blog, friends! I hope you have the best weekend and I'll see you back here on Monday. Love to all!
