I loved the show Friends and feel like it was the soundtrack of my youth. I go through something sad or funny, and I think of an episode of that show. I would say that of all the shows I've watched, that one is my favorite. Do you have a show like that, one that is comforting? I can put it on and be busy while it's on in the background. All my sons loved The Office, but I never got into that one. These days I honestly don't have a lot of extra time for TV; when I do sit down to watch something, I tend to watch something I've already seen. I often don't have the capacity to sit and watch something new and pay attention. Over the weekend, every time Chris and I were together, we started Ted Lasso. I'll only watch it with him and won't watch it on my own. I like to have something for us to watch like that together; we finished Landman recently together, though he'd seen it before.

Yes! I love a lot of these shows! All the one's on Prime are new to me as I seem to forget about that service which we have but I have watched all the one's on Netflix! Ted Lasso is on my to watch list if we ever get Apple TV.
ReplyDeleteFriends is a great show! I never got into it until it had been shown on TV but I have seen every episode at least 20 times now. lol I couldn't get into the US Office but I loved the UK one.
I forget about Prime a lot as well! You can see that I use Netflix the most. I hope you get to watch Ted Lasso sometime. I'm sure you'd love it being so close to where you live, but he's such a likeable character!

DeleteI feel that way about Gilmore Girls too but I never got into The Office or Parks & Rec. which people keep telling me I'll love. I did love a show called Brothers and Sisters that reminded me a lot of Parenthood though.
